KHSAA Rules Zion Harmon Ineligible to Play Basketball at Marshall County

The KHSAA ruled Zion Harmon ineligible to play basketball at Marshall County High School earlier this week.

The news was first reported by Joe Jackson of the West Kentucky Star:

After the initial report came out, the KHSAA declined to comment on the case:

Harmon’s dad said he has not heard from the KHSAA:

Harmon, who transferred from Adair County High School, is considered one of the top high school players in the state of Kentucky. He already has offers from the likes of Auburn, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

The Harmon family will appeal the decision. If that fails, they will likely win eligibility in court, based on previous cases in Kentucky.
